We know you'll be using your new Volkswagen for journeys you simply have to make and that's why we are taking this approach to help protect the environment.

We are committed to doing our bit to tackle climate change. It's always better to reduce your carbon emissions rather than offset them, but when there's no alternative, a good quality offsetting scheme is the best way forward. Carbon offsetting involves projects that actively reduce the amount of C02 that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere. Tree planting is a high-profile example but there are other, more efficient ways of achieving C02 reductions.

Our Vehicle Carbon Offsetting scheme has been set-up in conjunction with Combat Climate Change Ltd, an independent British company dedicated to tackling climate change sensibly. Their approach is to make combatting climate change a win-win scenario for both their customers and the planet. And that's the approach we at Citygate recognise as being right for our customers.
